Ok, his A2 AoE attack does have an initial 5-turn cooldown but is bookable down to 3, has an excellent Damage Multiplier of 4.2, and when fully booked has a a 50% chance of removing 1 random buff from each target which is truly awesome! And his A3 (revive an ally with 50% HP) is bookable down to 4 which is incredible: as reshef comments below, no other rares OR epics can revive on such a short cooldown.
